This policy applies to all products and services purchased through medict.com.au. Products on the platform fall into two categories, each governed by distinct refund and return rules.
1. Scope and Definitions
- PDF Download Products: Digital items delivered in PDF format, including e-books, study materials, and downloadable content.
- Training Services: Online courses, live sessions, workshops, tutoring, or any instructor-led services provided through the platform.
2. PDF Download Products — No Returns or Refunds
PDF download products are delivered instantly in digital form. Once the purchase is completed and the file is downloaded, the transaction is considered final.
No returns or refunds are available for these products. Customers are advised to review product details carefully before purchasing.
3. Training Services — No Refunds, but Transfer or Equivalent Exchange Allowed
Due to scheduling commitments and reserved instructor time, training service purchases are non-refundable. If a student cannot attend the course, the following options are available:
- Transfer to Another Person
- The course seat may be transferred to another individual.
- The transferee’s information must be submitted for approval.
- Any price difference must be covered by the transferee if applicable.
- Equivalent Value Exchange
- The paid amount may be exchanged for another course or product of equal value.
- If the chosen product or course is priced higher, the user must pay the difference.
- If priced lower, the balance will not be refunded.
All transfer or exchange requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the course begins.
4. Leave and Make-up Class Policy
Each training package includes three (3) opportunities for leave and corresponding make-up classes. The rules are as follows:
- Leave requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled class to qualify for a make-up session.
- Failure to request leave 48 hours in advance, last-minute cancellations, or absences without notice will result in forfeiture of the class session, with no make-up or compensation.
- Once the three make-up opportunities are used, any additional absences will not be compensated.
5. Operational Procedures
- Transfer Procedure
- Submit a transfer request along with the transferee’s details.
- Upon approval, the seat will be transferred and any price differences will be handled accordingly.
- Equivalent Exchange Procedure
- Submit the request specifying the new product or course.
- The platform will confirm price differences and complete the exchange process.
6. Additional Notes
- This policy applies to purchases made through official channels only.
- If the platform is unable to deliver a course due to internal issues, a full refund or equal-value alternative will be offered.
- By completing a purchase, users acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
7. Right to Modify the Policy
Medict reserves the right to update, modify, or adjust this policy at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on medict.com.au. Users are responsible for reviewing the policy periodically to stay informed about updates.
